The experience was very good, only issue was the food took too long - Felix
It was a lovely experience. Had a great time with the kids. The restaurant however turned us away. The kitchen was apparently too busy for us to get a take away either. The ladies seemed uninterested because it was close to knock off time. - sibongiseni

We appreciated that the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. However, several operational issues made the visit disappointing: Roads to and around the site are in poor condition, and signage is insufficient and confusing. This caused us (and other visitors) to drive in circles and added unnecessary stress. Walkways between the animal enclosures are not pram-friendly, making it very difficult to navigate with a baby stroller. Please improve directional signage and repair/clear pathways to make the site safer and more accessible for families. With these changes, the knowledgeable staff could deliver a much better visitor experience. - Garth
