Customer Reviews

Great day at the park. Payment for entry was done online and entry at the park was as easy as a scan of the invoice barcode. Saw lots of animals including some big five. The sanctuary is a bit neglected and the cages need some grass cutting and general cleaning. The toilets were clean and in order. - Andre

The front desk team did not explain that some areas like the lion gate and the caves operate on times. We arrived at the caves just before 16:00 and we could not be assisted. When we got to the lions the gate was closed. Overall the park is clean and the quality of food and service at the restaurant are good. - itu

The experience was unparalleled, great guide as well,Reason was brilliant,we loved every minute of it - Gerald

Good day Was great day out with the family, animals looking and was alot to see. We come here often and always a pleasure as you see a big variety of animals. We where very disappointed when it came to the hippo area. Everything was closed and look neglected no hippos to be seen anywhere and felt unsafe while walking through the area between the tigers, lions and bridge by the hippos. Was our first time visiting that area. And it wont see me again soon - juanre

Service was very well.Exciting experience - Lisa
